Cornerstone attachment not opening.

1 - Exit out of cornerstone

2- Log Off of 'BEAR' using the 'Log Off' icon on your desktop

3 - Log Back into 'BEAR'

4 - Open Cornerstone and try to open your attachment again.

5- If still not working, try to open the Chrome Web Browser

     a - does Chrome open? - if no send me a ticket letting me know your username and workstation.

    b - if Chrome opens and it still does not work, try another attachment from another client before submitting a ticket.
