Signature Pad not working

Before putting in a ticket please check the following:

when you open the box to connect to "bear" (image 1) click on the <show options> on the bottom left hand corner and then up where it says <general> <display> <local resources> choose <local resources> (image 2) and down towards the bottom you will see <printers> and <clipboard>(image 3) please make sure the <printers> is unchecked then click <more> and make sure that <ports> is checked. (image 4) <ports> will allow the Signature Pad to connect the Cornerstone.
