Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Fetch New Data to set the schedule to: Automatically, Manually, or at intervals like 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or Hourly.

IMAP Port: 993 

POP3 Port: 995

Outgoing Server: premium10.web-hosting.com

SMTP Port: 465  with SSL

IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
